    YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PROCESSED.

North Pole Compliance Officer badge approved for duty.

    Congratulations.

You are now awaiting delivery of official North Pole Compliance Bureau field attire.

    YOUR AUTHORITY IS FICTIONAL.
    YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS QUESTIONABLE.
    YOUR SHIRT IS REAL.

While possession of Bureau apparel does not technically grant law-enforcement authority, this distinction has proven largely irrelevant to our Compliance Officers.

As a newly appointed Compliance Officer, you are expected to assist the North Pole Compliance Bureau in the identification, documentation and public exposure of suspicious holiday behavior.

    You Begin Immediately!

    YOUR APPOINTMENT WAS NOT CEREMONIAL

    DECEMBER 1 — REPORTING DEADLINE

    TAG THE SUSPECT.

    SHARE BUREAU REPORTS.

    COMMENT ON ACTIVE CASES.

FaceBook is the easiest way for the Bureau the process.

    DECEMBER 1 — REPORTING DEADLINE

    DECEMBER 1 — REPORTING DEADLINE

    DECEMBER 1 — REPORTING DEADLINE

All offenders requiring full Christmas enforcement must be reported to the Bureau no later than December 1.

At that point, the Office of Naughty List Enforcement begins preparing final case determinations.

    Appeals become increasingly pointless.

Excuses are reviewed with the level of seriousness they deserve.

And the list gets checked one final time.

    DECEMBER 15 — SENTENCING BEGINS

    DECEMBER 1 — REPORTING DEADLINE

    DECEMBER 15 — SENTENCING BEGINS

For offenders whose conduct warrants the Bureau's highest level of enforcement, an Official Naughty Notice will be issued.

But a Naughty Notice is not necessarily the end of the case.

Some offenders will receive the full sentence.

    OFFICIAL NAUGHTY NOTICE.
    FINAL DETERMINATION.
    LUMP OF COAL.

    THE FINAL SENTENCING:

    DECEMBER 1 — REPORTING DEADLINE

    DECEMBER 15 — SENTENCING BEGINS

     The investigation doesn't end online.

As Christmas approaches, the Bureau will begin releasing additional methods of enforcement—giving Compliance Officers the ability to take their favorite cases off the screen and straight to the suspect's doorstep.

YES...you can actually order a real lump of coal to be delivered by us, or you can hand deliver it.
